He was predeceased by: his brother David Holley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Holley; his children, Carrie Evans (David), Amy Morris (Ryan), Michael Holley Jr. (Misty) and Susana Kerr (Rob); his grandchildren, Kiersten, Bella Holley, Alex Pasco (Zach), Ayden Evans, Augie, Allie June Morris and Zoey Evans; his sister-in-law Penny Holley; and his nephews, Paul and Jasen Holley. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
