He is survived by: his son Robert Spottswood Brooke; his wife Fran Ossman; his daughter Sarah Gallagher; his son-in-law Peter Gallagher; his granddaughter Katherine Gallagher; his daughter-in-law Lolly Ossman; and his sibling's children, George "Chip" Ossman, Jr. (J. R.) and Eleanor Oliver (Kevin).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lake Prince Woods (100 Anna Goode Wy, Suffolk, VA 23434).
