She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Mary Smith. She is survived by: her husband Robert Keith Cooley; her children, Stephen Furman (Samantha) and Kimberly Morris (Rick); her sisters, Delores Gallup and Jimmie Leigh (Jim); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Samantha), Grace, Leslie (Sammy), Hailey and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Amira, Keegan and Ellasyn; and her pet Sophia.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA and Salvation Army.
