He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lewis; and his brother Samuel R. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Lynn Taylor Johnson; his mother Arlene Johnson Sessoms; his children, Teranisha Johnson (Keesha) and Thomas Johnson, Jr. (Katherine); his sisters, Shy Lewis, Nicole Lewis and Christina Lewis; his grandchildren, Kaliyah Johnson, Keywon Johnson, Tamia Johnson, Sky Johnson and Teia Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Burns (Brian), Cheryl Taylor, Ellen Venable (Thomas) and Bill Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
