He is survived by: his son Kenneth Bradshaw; his stepdaughter Sharon Turner; and his grandchildren, Timothy Harrell Jr., Richard Harrell III, Jennifer P. Cote and Kelly Weymouth. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
