He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Mae Jordan and Lindsey Vaughan; and his brother Grover "Marty" Jordan. He is survived by: his children, Justin Moore and Denikqua Merritt (William); his grandson William Merritt, Jr.; his siblings, Lynette Fields, Sonjia Barron (Ketrick) and Keith Jordan; his nieces and nephews, Travis Fields Sr. (Cheri), Damani Beckham, Legend Beckham, LaKuana Williams (Michael) and Chelsea Haskins; and his close friend Tanya Prunty. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces, nephews, a great- great niece and great-great nephews and friends.
