He is survived by: his daughters, Bridget Scott (Raymond) of Jarvisburg, NC and Brooke Black (Jacob) of Portsmouth, VA; his grandson Cam Black; his sister Sherry Bailey; his brother-in-law Wayne Bailey of Chesapeake, VA; his niece Kristin Bailey; his great-niece Autumn Anderson; his great-nephew Daniel Olson; and his nephew Christopher Bailey (Dao). He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
