He was predeceased by: his wife Vickie Austin Doxey. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Doxey-Noone (Colin) of Manteo, N. C. and William Keith Doxey, Jr. (Pati) of Virginia Beach; his siblings, Joan Gilley (Roger), Deborah Welker (Rick) and Steve Doxey (Jendy); his sisters-in-law, Peggy Davenport and Neries Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Caleb and Kennedy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
