She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell Hampton; her parents, Linville Parsons and Ethel Parsons; and her siblings, Joyce Parsons, Linville Ray Parsons and Larry Parsons.
She is survived by: her son Greg Hampton; her daughter-in-law Tammy-Eolia; her granddaughter Kayla Hampton-Eolia; and her sister Wanda McKnight. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends and loved ones.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 5:00 PM and on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Home Chapel (11316 Riverside Dr, Pound, VA 24279). A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Maggard Cemetery (13198 US-119, Partridge, KY 40862).
