She is survived by: her children, Betty Carol Hudack-Lynch and Dale E. Mullins (Jewell); her grandchildren, Mark Edward Hudack (Rebecca), Natasha Mullins and Jonathan Mullins (Heaven); her great grandchildren, Jacob Hall, Austin Hall, Logan Hall, Tyra Mullins, Cameron Mullins, Kamille Mullins, Memphis Hudack, Maverick Hudack, Maddox Hudack and Madelyn Hudack; her granddaughter Sierra Mullins; her brothers, James "Eb" Creech (Faye) and Joseph "Meb" Creech (Linda); and her sister-in-law Cora Miller.
