He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Horne and Sarah Horne (Gross); and his siblings, Johnny, Ray Horne and Teresa Horne Conway.
He is survived by: his wife Nadine Horne; his daughter Sharon Horne; his nephew Danny Ray Sturgill (Missy) of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Hunter Hensley (Amanda), Avery Hall, Cyrus Rogers, Taylor, Sturgill and Katelyn Hall Williamson; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Ashlynn and Elijah Hensley; his son-in-law Shane Hall; and his siblings, Dallas Horne, Mike Horne (Ann), Tim Horne (Tammy), Linda Wright (David) and Rita Bryant.
