He is survived by: his wife Maudie Lee Collins (Tackett); his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn Mullins and Matthew Curtis Collins (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Christian Curtis Collins, Cole Alexander "Bo" Collins and Miracle Grace Mullins; his stepgranddaughter Cynthia McGraw; his great grandchildren, Christian Curtis Collins Jr. and Joshlynn Collins; his siblings, Loretta Stewart and David Lee Collins; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, good neighbors and close friends.
