He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Mullins and Mary Margeret Mullins; and his siblings, Paul Mullins, Joann Mullins and Helen Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Clyde Mullins (Melissa) of Kingsport, TN, Hope Mullins of Pound, VA and Jeannie Jackson (Dustin) of Wise, VA; his grandchildren, Keldan Mullins, Carter Jackson, Presley Mullins and Chloe Jackson; and his siblings, Terry Mullins, Joel Mullins, Pamela Baldwin and Robert "Hoss" Mullins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baker Funeral Home (11316 Riverside Dr, Pound, VA 24279). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
