He was predeceased by: his parents, Artie Mae Mullins (Davis) and James Peaks; his brothers, Rusty Peaks and Jamie Peaks; his stepparents, Trennia Peaks and Harold Mullins; his grandparents, Orville, Nellie Peaks, Charles and Polly (Davis); and his sister-in-law Lenay Peaks.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy Deel (Andre), Tammy Hall (Randolph-Pound), Sharon Kay Mullins, Russell Peaks-Pound and Randy Peaks (Opal Brock); and his friends, Brian, Margaret Osborne, Jason Mullins-Pound and Doyle Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
