He is survived by: his wife Cindy Pelfrey of Norton, Virginia.; his children, Tracy Todd Pelfrey (April) of Mary Ester and Jamala Renee' Pelfrey (Jeremy) of Whitesburg, Kentucky.; his stepchildren, James Bass of Norton, Virgina. and Ciji Bass-Harris (Sam) of Norton, Virgina.; his grandchildren, Morgan Pelfrey, Jaylah Fuller, Malakye Harris, Khloe Harris, Keighlee Bass, Annebell Bass and Breighlee Bass; and his caregiver Rita Pratt of Jenkins.
