She was predeceased by : her parents, Quiller Perkins and Ruby Perkins; her children, Kenneth Vickie and Angela; her grandchild Cheney Cody; and her brothers, Charles Madonna and Bruce Johnny Ray.
She is survived by : her son Jason; her grandchildren, Jason, Shane and Katy; and her siblings, Helen, Roy Neal, Ronald, Debra, Edward, Andy, Kelly and Lucille.
