She is survived by: her husband Johnny Shortt; her children, Chris Shortt (Rhonda Shortt) of Pound, Janet Brock (Perry Brock), Alicia Kern (David Kern) of Duffield, Virginia, Alex Shortt (Goi Shortt) of Pound, Virginia, Lucas Shortt (Jennifer Shortt) of Pound, Leandra Gray (Josh Gray) of Coeburn, Libby Shortt (Laura Zellerbach) of San Francisco, California, Mika Shortt of Pound, Virginia and Pharrell Shortt of Pound, Virginia.; and her brother Tony Pilkenton (Anitta) of Orlando. She is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
