He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Kay Mullins; his parents, Lenville Mullins and Ella Mullins (Bray); his siblings, Patsy Shortt, Margie Shortt, Sandra Dee Mullins, Jerry Neal Mullins, Giles Mullins and Lenville Mullins, Jr.; and his close friends, Rad Mullins and Wendell Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Cox; his grandchildren, Britney Leelle Cox, Shaneford Johnson Cox and Hannah Lynn Cox; his great grandchildren, Kimberlyn Mariana Cortez and Zaeden Lorenzo Cortez; and his siblings, Shelby Jean Williams (Carl) and Ronnie Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends.
