He is survived by: his wife Blanche Mullins; his sons, Harold Wayne Mullins (Becky-Bealeton) and Monty Mullins (Susan); his grandchildren, Matthew Wayne Mullins, Hannah Grace Perrigan (Dustin) and Olivia Faith Mullins; his great grandchild Lennon Grace Perrigan; and his brothers, Roger Lee Mullins (June-Pound) and Mack Van Mullins (Anna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends.
