It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Jean Lawrence of Pounding Mill, Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Floyd Byrd; and her son Travis Lawrence. She is survived by : her daughters, Kristi Pruett (Charles "Moose") of Pounding Mill, VA, Kimberly Goodin (Jeremy) of Evans, GA, Elizabeth Lawrence (John McMahan) of Clemmons, NC and Hannah Lawrence; her mother Laura Hess; her grandchildren, Katelyn Newberry (Josh), Ciara Goodin, Zoe Lawrence, Kolbie Lawrence, Zaxbie Lawrence, Kambre Lawrence and Isaac Pruett; and her siblings, Rita Wyatt of Pounding Mill, VA, Steve Byrd (Beverly) of Doran, VA and David Byrd (Melinda) of Swords Creek, VA.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
