It is with sadness that the passing of Sydra Brown Moore of Pounding Mill, Virginia is shared. Sydra, born on July 12, 1953, passed away on October 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edward Leon Brown. She is survived by: her mother Juanita Everhart Brown; her husband Tommy Moore; her children, Neil Moore (Sarah), J. T. Moore (Erin) and Ashley Fuller (Shannon); and her grandchildren, Adyson Moore, Averi Fuller, Braedi Moore, Londyn Fuller, Eden Brown, Allie Brown, Hannah Payne and Kain Moore.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gethsemane Baptist Church (2902 Clinch St, Richlands, VA 24641). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts are suggested to Communities in Schools c/o Richlands Middle School, 294 Learning Lane, Richlands, VA, 24641.
