He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie R. Ward, Sr. and Gladys Stearns Ward; and his sister Janice Mosher. He is survived by: his wife Anne Hunter Ward of Powhatan, VA; and his daughters, Christine Morrow (Donald) of Charleston, Evelyn Thompson (Troy) of Chesterfield, VA and Patricia Ward of Henrico, VA.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
