He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Hank Haislip (Buffy), Kenny Haislip (Jeannie) and Joyce Ogle (John); his grandchildren, Ademia Chavez, Bradley Haislip, Lindsey Wilbourne, Ryan Haislip, Cody Haislip, Kayla Whichard, Travis Haislip and Taylor Whichard; and his siblings, Lewis Haislip (Judy), Johnny Haislip (Renee) and Shirley Lampkin (Jimmy). He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
