He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Adams and Hazel Adams; his sister Brenda Bowles; and his daughter Michelle Adams (Jean Adams). He is survived by : his wife Mary Adams; his children, Amanda Adams, Hazel Adams and David Adams Jr. (Melissa); and his siblings, Tim Adams (Robin), Daniel Adams (Esther) and Debbie Adams-Morgan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Full Gospel Church.
