We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Flora Ruth Elder of Powhatan, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ross and Elizabeth Yauger Stickle. She is survived by: her children, Claude Ross Elder, David Scott Elder (Linda) and Maria Kathleen Elder Agosto (Javier); her grandchildren, David, Jessica, Joshua, Austin, Elizabeth, Lindsay, Yariel and Yeremi; and her great grandchildren, Thor, Ayla, Olivia, Lily, Atlas, A'Mia and Alayna.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Passion Community Church - Midlothian Campus (50 Old Otterdale Rd, Midlothian, VA 23113). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the West Hampton Memorial Park (10000 Patterson Ave, Henrico, VA 23238).
Donations may be made, in lieu of flowers, to Passion Community Church.
