It is with sadness that the passing of Hazel Puckett Womack (Powhatan, Virginia) is shared. Hazel, born on December 17, 1935, passed away on October 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Puckett and Ella Puckett; and her brothers, Douglas and Irvin Puckett. She is survived by: her sons, Mac and Wade; her grandchildren, Dennis and Jessica; her great grandchild Everleigh; her stepdaughter Donna; and her brother Clyde. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home (3215 Anderson Hwy, Powhatan, VA 23139). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Herman Baptist Church (18100 Genito Rd, Moseley, VA 23120).
