It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Buck Garner (Powhatan, Virginia), born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ivis Rose Buck and John Edward Buck, Sr.. She is survived by : her husband James Fielding Garner; her children, Michael Fielding Garner (Michelle) and Janet G. Turner (Kenny); her grandson Chase Fielding Garner; her brother John Edward Buck, Jr. (Audrey); and her cousin Pat Wilson Brooks. She is also survived by sister, and numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests considering a contribution to the Alzheimer's Association or favorite animal charity.
