With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannette Ellen Gibbs of Powhatan, Virginia, who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Parsons and Marie Parsons; and her daughter Heather Day. She is survived by: her partner Jennifer Jennings; her daughters, Keri Watts (Brandon) and Gina Price (Jeremy); and her grandchildren, Gracelin, Annaston, Andrew, Joshua, Mackenzie and Hailey Jean.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home (3215 Anderson Hwy, Powhatan, VA 23139). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Dale Memorial Park.
