He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lemons (Billie Skinner) and Ellen Lemons; and his pet Chance. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Skinner; his children, Ginni Jackson (Whitney) and Michael Skinner (Suzanne); his sisters, Linda Cumby (Bill), Susan Blackburn (GL) and Melody Edwards; his grandchildren, Cooper Jackson, Tucker Jackson, Kylie Skinner and Layla Skinner; his cousin Mike Okamoto (Monika); and his uncle Bill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home (8814 Lee-Davis Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
