It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathie Ann Evans in Powhatan, Virginia, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Pendergast and Ann Pendergast; her husband Robert "Skip" Evans; her sister Patricia McGee; and her grandsons, Julius Bowles and Kerin Fleig.

She is survived by: her children, Stacie Fleig (Jerry), Brenton Evans (Christina), Nikki Bowles and Sara Evans; her grandchildren, Brendan Fleig (Alanna), Devin Fleig (Mason), Gabriel Evans, Celia Bowles, Maple Mathes and Benjamin Bowles; her great grandchild Finn Fleig; and her siblings, Claudia Van, Vince Pendergast, Rich Pendergast, Michael Pendergast and Amy Vojtecky.

In lieu of flowers, Kathie has requested that donations be made to St. Augustine Catholic Church: 4400 Beulah Rd. N, Chesterfield, VA 23237.
