He is survived by: his wife Pat Shumaker; his son Brian Shumaker (Beth); his stepchildren, Sharon Franklin, Jimmy Clarke and Robbie Clarke; and his brother David Shumaker. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Amelia Veterans Cemetery (10300 Pridesville Rd, Amelia Court House, VA 23002).
