He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Matney; and his parents, Ralph Matney and Anne Matney. He is survived by: his daughters, Robyn Caudle (Steve) and Rebecca Starnes (David); his granddaughters, Rachel, Mallory and Morgan; his great grandchildren, Briauna and Bentlee; his siblings, Shirley and Raymond (Nancy); his friends, Mary Riznyk and Angel Acevedo; and his close friend Sandy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
