He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hilmer Krebs and Alice Krebs; his wife Melanie; his children, Robin (Charles Vaughan), Thomas (Cyndi) and Sarah (David Foltyn); his grandchildren, Devin McPhatter, Sophie, Michael Vaughan, Aiselyn, Abigail, Gabriel Krebs, Katlyn, Garrett, Lucas and Lily Foltyn; and his brothers, R. Dietrich Krebs and Lawrence Krebs.
