He is survived by: his wife Christianna "Chris" O'Neil; his stepchildren, Shannon O'Neil (Kelly), Casey O'Neil (Amy), Sarah Stroud, Elizabeth Waring (Bob), John Morris (Summer) and Sarah Morris; and his siblings, John O'Neil and Mary Lou O'Neil Boone.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Powhatan Moose Lodge (4140 Old Buckingham Rd, Powhatan, VA 23139).
