He was predeceased by: his son David Wayne Ramsey; and his parents, Theodore Ramsey and Berkeley Rose Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Ramsey; his daughters, Sharon Ramsey Gibbs (Tim) and Robin Ramsey Miller (Nick); his grandsons, Phillip M Gibbs (Nikki), Jacob T Gibbs, Noah H Miller and Wesley P Miller; and his siblings, Jim Ramsey, John Ramsey and Deanna Lefevers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Powhatan Volunteer Rescue Squad or Huguenot Volunteer Fire Department.
