She is survived by: her daughter Kim Hailes; her nieces and nephews, Lucinda Pegram (James), Debbie Allen, Machelle M. Braxton (Bryan), Linwood Harrison, Joseph Harrison (Vanessa) and George Mason, Jr. (Linda); her sister-in-law Mable F. Mason; her extended family, Pamela Wynn, Frederick, Derrick and Fa'laitha Peterson; her grandson Marlon Cooley; her godchildren, Ricardo, Shataika and Kimorah Phillips; her friends, Sharon Slaugher and Shirley Wyche; Marvin Cooley.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph M. Johnson & Son Funeral Home-Petersburg (530 S Sycamore St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the Dinwiddie Memorial Park (7324 Church Rd, Petersburg, VA 23803).
