He is survived by: his wife Eva Ryles Reaves; his children, Thomas H. "Tommy" Reaves, Jr. of Richmond and Janice W. Reaves of Chester, Virginia; his sister Hattie R. Bethune of Dinwiddie; and his sisters-in-law, Bernice E. Reaves of Prince George, June R. Hill of Prince George, Gladys R. Files, Alice R. Rabb, Ronda Ryles Kelly R. Kennedy (Reginald), Brenda R. Suber and Paulette R. Carrothers of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
