He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd S. Sullivan and Arlene Williams Sullivan; his brother David Brian Sullivan; and his son-in-law Stacey Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Jean Woodlief Sullivan; his children, Sherry Mills, Timothy L. Sullivan, Jr. (Debbie) and Jessie Anna Sullivan; his grandchildren, Savannah Frashure (Adam), Killian Allen Mills, Tanner L. Sullivan and Marissa Brooke Jackson; his great grandchild Payton Rae Frashure; and his brother Michael Shannon Sullivan, Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
