He is survived by: his wife Helen Green Dauchess; his children, Charles Dauchess and Abigail Dauchess (Matthew Fuster); his parents, Daniel Dauchess, Jr. and Arlene Dauchess; and his sisters, Diane McIntosh (Bryan) and Lenore Dauchess (Joe Wislar).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dan's memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
