Lewis; his niece Andrea Trower; his nephew Dontá Washington; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyrell Trower, Cameron Marks, Malika Trower and Janiya Washington; his cousins, Roy and Kermit White; and his caregiver James Dickerson. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
