He is survived by: his children, Darlene Arredondo (Alex), Bernice Cotman (Carlton Sr.) and Todd Tabb (Wanda); his grandchildren, Joseph Tabb, Kendall Griffie, Angela Tabb, Todd Jones, Rachel Lee, Edna Hernandez, Mariah Garcia, Antoine Tabb, Thomas Tabb, Carlton Cotman Jr. (Crystal), Welton Cotman and John E. Tabb III; his siblings, Angela Greene (Floyd) and Kenneth Tabb (Pat); his aunts, Virginia Webber and Ann Tabb; and his siblings-in-law, Laverne Green (Clarence), Nina Fleming (Bruce), Lee Jones, Carneal Jones, Rodney Jones (Yvonne) and Noel Jones. He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren.
