He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Sweeney; his sons, Robert and Ricky; his parents, Palmer and Gladys; and his brothers, Larry and Roger.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy and Kenneth, Jr. (Melinda); his grandchildren, Mallorie, Ryan, Matthew, Leah, Tiffany, Kaleb, Josie-Marie, Hunter and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Jessalyn, Arabelle, Kaitlyn, Hailee, Rylee, Raelyn, Norrin, Harper, John, Jonah, Layla, Laiyana, Conner, Landen, Bryson and Dakota; his brothers, Palmer (Norine), Dennis (Volenia), Mike and Jerry (Sharon); his sister-in-law Carolyn; his close friend Hope; Michelle and DaShaun. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glendale Community Bible Church (8151 Warriner Rd, Richmond, VA 23231). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
