He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Jeffries Rilee and Ernest Lee Rilee; his brother Ernest Lee Rilee, Jr.; and his son Robert Jeffries Rilee, Jr. (Jeffrey). He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Rilee Walton and Betsy Haynes Rilee; and his close friend Joshua Henry Lawson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home, West Point Chapel (417 11th St, West Point, VA 23181).
