Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Sidney for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his father James Larry Elliott Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Jeannie Wilcox; his daughters, Isabella "Josie" Elliott and Adaline Elliott (Josh); his granddaughter Georgia Lynn Weatherly; his brother James Larry Elliott Jr. (Tracy Elliott); and his nephew James Larry Elliott III (Josseline Morales-Elliott). He is also survived by great-nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Samaria Baptist Church (8130 Lott Cary Rd, Providence Forge, VA 23140). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Samaria Baptist Church Cemetery (8130 Lott Cary Rd, Providence Forge, VA 23140).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Adam's memory.
