He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Daniel (Lola Mae Ware) and King. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ware; his son Danny; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; his grandchildren, Taylor, Jacob and Lauryn; and his sister Dorothy Bristow (Garland). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home, West Point Chapel (417 11th St, West Point, VA 23181). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request that donations be made to the Lower King and Queen Fire Department, P.O. Box187, Shacklefords, VA 23156 in Stanley's honor, Stanley will be remembered for his big personality never meeting a stranger, his love for the outdoors, and his unwavering devotion to those he loved.
