The memory of Timothy Wayne Parsley of Providence Forge, Virginia, who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his father Paul H. Parsley. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Parsley; his wife Crystal Parsley; his daughters, Heather Snow (Justin), Cierra Blankenship (Michael) and Caitlyn Turner (James); his grandchildren, Owen Lacks, Hunter Blankenship, Charlie Turner and Dawson Turner; and his siblings, Paul Parsley Jr. (Kristin), Vicki Bowman (Gilbert), Sandra Rice (Leo) and Tina Mason (Terry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quinton Community Center (3041 New Kent Hwy, Quinton, VA 23141).
