He is survived by: his mother Ruby Parsley; his wife Crystal Parsley; his daughters, Heather Snow (Justin), Cierra Blankenship (Michael) and Caitlyn Turner (James); his grandchildren, Owen Lacks, Hunter Blankenship, Charlie Turner and Dawson Turner; and his siblings, Paul Parsley Jr. (Kristin), Vicki Bowman (Gilbert), Sandra Rice (Leo) and Tina Mason (Terry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
