He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Gregory and Ellen Gregory; and his siblings, Richard Garland, James Alvis Gregory, Patricia Dawn Gregory and Kennetha Diane Gregory Melton (Alan, Jr.).

He is survived by : his daughter Stacy Nichole Gregory; his siblings, Carl Gregory and Barbara Ann Burnette (Charles); his nieces, Kimberly Nester (Brad) and Latisha C. Fox; and his nephew Jason Allan Gregory. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
