As we bid Almeta farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Almeta is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Taylor Cameron and Willie Ray Cameron; her husband Robert Allen Jones; and her siblings, Kenneth Cameron, Loretta Clark, Mildred Eanes, Marcella Zirk, Zinnia Ferrell and Isabelle C. Bacon (Richard).
She is survived by: her sisters, Ann C. White (Joe) of Max Meadows and Barbara C. Woodbridge of Newport News.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Seagle Funeral Home (415 Jefferson Ave N, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
