He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee Gladden and Mayola Brooks Gladden; his sisters, Barbara Hoston, Evangeline Brown and Margaret Moyer; and his stepgrandson Matthew Grogan.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Rollins Gladden; his children, Michael Andrew Gladden (Jan) and Patricia Ann McQuerry (Bennie); his grandchildren, Mahrionna Gladden (Steve), Christian Moreno, Cynthia Gladden-Olivo (Yajahira), Nicholas McQuerry and Huntsville; and his stepgranddaughters, Jennifer Grogan and Stacie Grogan.
