She is survived by: her husband David Lee Talbert; her children, David Lee Talbert, Jr. (Pulaski) and Barbara (family: Chris, Brittany Wymer, Bradley Sarver); her sisters, Mary Talbert, Kathleen Porterfield and Wytheville; and her close friend Dublin.
